Upload photos and add details about your item. Once your submission is complete, you’ll receive a preliminary price via email. If you’re happy with the offer, you can choose to accept it. We’ll then email you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your item, it undergoes a thorough authenticity inspection. After the inspection is completed, payment is issued within 8–10 days.
We’ll keep you updated via email, and you can also manage everything on My Page. There, you’ll find an overview of your submissions, review and respond to offers, and access your payment details and vouchers.
